This is a courtesy translation of the Korean terms of use. Where the two differ, the Korean version governs.
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the service provided by Today's Lotto (‘the site’), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and of the site. They take effect on 3 September 2026.
Article 1 (What the service provides)
The site provides the following free of charge.
- Generation of numbers in the Lotto 6/45 format at random
- Selection and locking in of six numbers from 1 to 45 chosen by the user
- Lookup of the winning numbers for any draw and comparison with the numbers the user generated or locked in
- The number of first-prize winners per draw and the amount each of them received
- Statistics such as how often each number has appeared across all past draws
- Calculation of tax and the take-home amount for a prize
- A wheel that picks tonight's dinner at random from a prepared list
Article 2 (Conditions of use)
Every feature of the site is free and open to anyone, with no sign-up or login. By using the service you are taken to have agreed to these terms.
Article 3 (Disclaimer regarding number generation)
The numbers the site provides are combinations generated at random from 1 to 45. They do not improve the odds of winning and they guarantee nothing.
- The site is not a lottery seller or operator, and has no partnership, sponsorship or contract with Dong Haeng Lottery or any other official lottery body.
- No lottery ticket can be bought on the site, and no money changes hands here.
- The site accepts no responsibility of any kind for what follows from buying a ticket with numbers generated here.
Article 4 (Accuracy of results and calculations)
The winning numbers and prize calculations shown on the site are reference information. The site makes an effort to keep them accurate, but errors and delays are possible, so please confirm whether you have won and what you will receive with Dong Haeng Lottery or another official body. The site accepts no responsibility for loss arising from reliance on information here.
Article 5 (Disclaimer regarding the dinner wheel)
The dinner wheel is an entertainment feature that picks one item at random from a list prepared by the site. It does not recommend or advertise any particular restaurant, brand or product, and it offers no judgement about nutrition, health or allergens. Users with food allergies or medical conditions should decide according to their own circumstances, regardless of the result.
Article 6 (User obligations)
While using the service, users must not do any of the following.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site
- Place excessive load on the site by automated means
- Upload another person's photograph without permission
- Copy or distribute the site's content without authorisation
Article 7 (Copyright)
Copyright in the design, text and source code published on the site belongs to the site's operator. Factual information such as winning numbers, and the rights in any third-party libraries or models the site uses, belong to their respective holders.
Article 8 (Advertising)
To fund its operation, the site may display advertising through services such as Google AdSense and Kakao AdFit. Products and services shown in advertisements are unrelated to the site, and the site accepts no responsibility for problems arising from dealings between an advertiser and a user. The use of advertising cookies is described in the privacy policy.
Article 9 (Changes to and suspension of the service)
The site may change what the service offers, or suspend all or part of it where operationally or technically necessary. Except where the law provides otherwise, the site accepts no responsibility for loss arising from the change or suspension of a service provided free of charge.
Article 10 (Changes to these terms)
The site may revise these terms where necessary, and a revised version takes effect when it is published on this page. A user who does not agree to the revised terms may stop using the service.
Article 11 (Governing law and contact)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please send any question about using the service through the feedback form.
